Return and Refund Policy
At Tilebasket.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we do accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Do We Accept Returns?
Yes, we accept returns on all products.
Return Conditions
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: Only unused and unopened items in their original box packaging are eligible for return.
- Return Packaging: Returns must be in full box quantities and in original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened, damaged boxes.
Return Method
To initiate a return, please contact us to arrange the return. We will handle the pick-up logistics directly.
- Return Label: Not required — we’ll arrange the return pick-up for you.
- Pick-Up Fee: If we collect the return from your address, a pick-up charge will apply.
- Standard Rate: £40 per pallet, based on the size and quantity of your order.
- The exact cost will be confirmed before collection is scheduled.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in GBP (British Pounds).
Important Notes
- We only accept returns from within the United Kingdom.
- Special orders and made-to-measure items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
- Returned items that do not meet the conditions above may not be eligible for a refund.
